Biography

Shraddha Kapoor is one of the most popular and highest-paid actresses in India. Born on March 3, 1987, she is the daughter of the renowned actor Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kolhapure. Known for her infectious smile and versatile acting, she has carved a unique niche in Bollywood.

She began her acting career with a brief role in the 2010 heist film Teen Patti, followed by her first leading role in the teen drama Luv Ka The End (2011). However, her major breakthrough came with the musical romantic drama Aashiqui 2 (2013), which became a massive commercial success and earned her a Filmfare nomination for Best Actress.

Shraddha has proved her range with diverse films like the thriller Ek Villain (2014), the dance drama ABCD 2 (2015), the action film Baaghi (2016), and the biographical drama Haseena Parkar (2017).
